B) For sick reason, students have to let us know in the same morning of the lesson
Email / send us a text at Whatsapp or Wechat in the morning of the lesson's day. Also, students will need to send us proof afterwards, such as doctor's note, sick leave notice to workplace, medicine purchase receipt around the lesson's day
We shall arrange video filming of the missing lesson, which will be sent to the student's email before the next lesson. Students should also be aware that make up video lessons are not always guaranteed.
No Questions Asked Refund
We guarantee satisfaction of our students. Therefore, we offer No Questions Asked Refund Policy for all prepaid services. If there's any reason you're not happy after your first lesson, contact us via email / text on Whatsapp or Wechat in 3 days after first lesson for refund of the remaining lessons paid.
There may be unpredicted circumstances out of our control, including the below:
1) Force majeure Clause
2) Tutor's sudden unavailability
Force majeure Clause includes but not limited to severe weather, an act terrorism, strike, sudden outbreak of infectious disease. If one of these events occur, we'll contact all students via email / text at Whatsapp or Wechat for cancellation of lesson as soon as it's known. We'll not be of any obligation to refund or make compensation. Yet, it depends on situations if we can offer live Google hangout session, make up session, or additional study resources to help students catch up for the cancelled lesson.
If tutor is on sick leave or due to any personal reason that he / she is suddenly made unavailable, we'll contact all students via email / text at Whatsapp or Wechat for cancellation of lesson as soon as it's known. Reschelaion of make up session will be offered, and students will be let known by email / text at Whatsapp or Wechat.
